A： JP3 and JP4 is preset for RS422 or RS485 mode. The customer no need to set for JP3 and JP4.
Before we ship out the good, we already set the JP3 and JP4 base on the customer order for RS422 or RS485.
Please see below message for more infromation for your reference (The setting is for hardware manufacture, you can not set it by your self).

The JP3 and JP4 are used to select RS422 mode or RS485 mode. The JP1 is used to select RS422/RS485 for port 1 and the JP3 is used to select RS422/RS485 for port 2.
